AFOPPIBAF — Armed Forces, Police & Paramilitary International Band Festival

AFOPPIBAF showcases the creative display of military, police and paramilitary tattoos — regimental, dance, pipe, orchestra and steel-pan bands — on a competitive global stage. Initiated by the African Caribbean Network Foundation (ACNF) and endorsed by Nigeria's Defence Headquarters, Police and Paramilitary Agencies, it presents stunning ensembles of massed pipes, drums, march-pasts, parades and choreographies that promote multilateral exchange and ceremonial band excellence.
